Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and doesn't need a card. Upgrade only when you need more products, orders or features.
Do I need to create another password?
No. You sign in with your Google account. OrderPal never sees your Google password.
Is OrderPal only for live selling?
No. You can enter orders from chat, phone or walk-ins too. Live selling is one part of it.
How do my customers pay?
Any way you like. Record cash, GCash or bank payments yourself, print your bank and e-wallet accounts on invoices, or connect your PayMongo account for online checkout. The money goes straight to you.
Can I bring my current products?
Yes. Download the Excel template in Products, fill it in and import your whole catalog.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Anytime. Your products, orders and history stay safe if you move back to Free.
Is my shop's data private?
